Proxy Statement for the Annual General Meeting of Members
The proxy is solicited on behalf of the Board of Directors of The Lakeshore Chapter of the Project Management Institute for use at the Dinner Meeting of the members to be held on October 18, 2004 at 7:00 p.m. local time. The Annual General Meeting will be held at the Holiday Inn Oakville (Center), corner of QEW and Trafalgar Road, Oakville, Ontario.

Your vote is important. If you do not plan to attend the meeting, please vote by completing the Proxy Form and mail to:

Proxies properly executed, duly returned to us and not revoked, will be voted in accordance with the specifications made. Where no specifications are given, such proxies will be voted as the management of the Corporation may purpose.
Each member is entitled to one (1) vote on all matters presented at this Dinner Meeting. The required quorum for the transaction of business at the Dinner Meeting is 25 members present or represented by proxy.
