Nominations for the 2005 Board of Directors

Instructions

If you wish to stand for election, please fill out the nomination form (below) and email it to the Returning Officer, John Gaston, at election@pmi-lakeshore.org. We recommend you copy and paste the nomination form into the email body and then fill in the required information.

You are required to obtain two Lakeshore members to nominate you. Please copy these members on your email submission and ask them to submit their confirmation of nomination via email to the Returning Officer at election@pmi-lakeshore.org. If you are new to the Lakeshore Chapter and do not have two members to nominate you, please indicate this on your submission and the Returning Officer will contact you to resolve.
