John Beamish |
My background is in computer systems technology where I've worked on a variety of systems in Canada, the United States and overseas. During that time I've seen good projects and bad ones and I know first-hand how important good project management is.
For the past year I've been the Director of Membership and have worked hard with Ram and the other Directors to manage the tremendous growth we've experienced. In the past year, for example, we gained more members than the chapter gained in any other year. The other Directors and I have implemented a number of new processes to help us deal with the growth. I would like to return to the board to build on the work we have already done to deliver even more value to the members in the coming year.
