Presentation Abstract

Michael Stefanovic, PEng, PMP, will show you some ways to save time and effort yet achieve well-organized results. Amaze your colleagues! Michael will show the automatic conversion of a WBS into a Contract Packages Breakdown Structure and then automatic generation of schedule, budget, cash flow and cost exposure curves. He'll also demonstrate that Earned Value does not require generation of any additional information over what is already available for standard project status.
