Presentation Abstract
Based on material from his best-selling book, The A to Z Guide to Soul-Inspiring Leadership, James will enable us to think of leadership and management in new terms. Having researched hundreds of organizations to determine best leadership practices for a new generation, James will explore the future of the world of work. What will be different? What will be the same? What will this mean for the future of the project management profession? As leaders and managers, how can we ensure that we strive to deliver results while balancing our employees' new needs? Using simple equations that touch on every domain of business and the most important aspects of leadership behaviour, you will leave this presentation with a new set of tools and with renewed vigour to become a "soul-inspired leader".
