Presentation Abstract

The best-laid project plans can take a turn for the worse when they bump up against unhappy stakeholders. You can’t delegate “keeping stakeholders happy” to anyone else on the project team. In this interactive session Jill Malleck will lead a discussion and share insights on techniques and tools for building great stakeholder relationships.
