Presentation Abstract

This presentation is for everyone who has a reason for not using Earned Value Analysis (EVA) and for everyone who is interested to see the easiest way to implement Earned Value in their environment (even the most immature and unstructured Project Management environment). This presentation will give you the tools and information you need to implement EVA the next day in your office even on projects already started. This case study will demonstrate how Direct Energy increased the number of projects being delivered on time from 6% to 96% in 18 months.
