He is an expert in the areas of project management, total quality management, and strategic planning. Dr. Kerzner is the author of the best-selling textbooks: Project Management: A Systems Approach to Planning, Scheduling and Controlling, now in its eighth edition, In Search of Excellence in Project Management, Applied Project Management: and Strategic Planning for Project Management Using a Project Management Maturity Model.
