Presentation Abstract
Are you thinking about implementing the Microsoft Enterprise Project Management (EPM) tools? Organizations implement EPM to improve the management of their project portfolios, their projects and their resources. In this interactive presentation, the speaker will elaborate on EPM, demonstrate the main functionality of Microsoft Project Server and discuss the possible benefits and costs of the Microsoft EPM solution for your organization.
Speaker - Eric Uyttewaal, PMP
Eric is President and Principal Trainer at ProjectPro Corp. He is one of the foremost trainers on the use of Microsoft Project and Enterprise Project Management (EPM) applications. He authored the book "Dynamic Scheduling with Microsoft Office Project 2003". He was formerly Executive Director at the International Institute for Learning (IIL) in New York where he developed and managed the Orange, Blue and Black Belt certification curriculum in Microsoft Project. In 1997, he was President of the Ottawa Chapter of PMI, currently serving over 1600 members. From 2000 until 2004, he was president of the MPA-Ottawa chapter (Microsoft Project Association formerly known as MPUG).
