This is a not-to-be missed presentation if you want an overview of ITIL's key learning points!
Designed for those new to ITIL or needing a refresh, the agenda includes an overview of ITIL's five new books - Service Strategy, Service Design, Service Transition, Service Operation, Continual Service Improvement - and their main concepts and best practices; a look at the new 24-process, four-function IT Service Management process model; key relationships and interdependencies; and details about the new certification path.

Lisa von Massow joined Pink Elephant in August 1999. As AVP, Business Development NA, Lisa plays a key role in Pink Elephant’s growth as the world’s leading provider of IT service management education and consulting.
With over 10 years of IT training and professional services experience, Lisa also possesses the highest level of ITIL certification - ITIL Service Manager Certified.
Throughout her tenure with Pink Elephant, Lisa has assisted many North American organizations in successfully building ITIL business cases to justify IT process improvement initiatives.
