A PMI Lakeshore Chapter Networking Event

2008 Golf Day

You are cordially invited to join us for the 2008 PMI Lakeshore Chapter Golf Day.

This year the event is being held at Richmond Hill Golf Club on Bathurst just North of the 407.

It will be an opportunity to have fun and network with Project Management professionals from throughout the region.

Please note that there is a limit of 72 players for this event, so register early!

Date:	Saturday, June 14th, 2008
Tee off time:	8:00 AM (We are planning to have a shotgun start with foursomes starting at different holes - this will result in everyone finishing around the same time.)
Format:	18 holes scramble tournament. If you are registering as part of a foursome, please provide the name of the "leader" of your foursome in the If you are registering on behalf of someone else... field on the Registration page.

Cost:	$135.00 for golf & lunch. This includes the following: Shower and locker facilities Club rental available Country Club privileges includes complementary guest privileges at the country club to use the pools, steam room & hot tub Shared use of golf cart Complementary bucket of balls Bag of tees Divot tool Bottle of water Tournament scoring & course layout booklet Complementary golf lesson for all golfers for 45 minutes prior to start
Payment:	On-line by credit card prior to the registration deadline only. No payment will be accepted on the day of the event. Receipts are issued and e-mailed to you at time of payment. No walk-ins will be accepted.
Lunch:	The sit-down lunch will include salad, roasted turkey, medley of vegetables, rolls, apple strudel, coffee & tea. If you require a vegetarian meal, you must indicate this on the registration page.
Deadline:	The deadline for registrations or cancellations is 5:30 PM on Wednesday, June 4th, 2008. The person making the reservation is responsible for all charges.
