Overview

The Lakeshore Chapter of the Project Management Institute offers a Sponsorship Program to enhance your organization's awareness among a focused group of project management professionals.

Our membership is over 1400 strong, 60% of whom hold the Project Management Institute's PMP designation. By becoming a sponsor of the Chapter, businesses and individuals may participate and network with some of the most talented project management professionals from Mississauga to Niagara Falls, while raising their company's awareness and commitment to professional project management.

Build relationships, open up new business opportunities, create contacts and cultivate a pool of associates that can be drawn upon to assist your company in the implementation of Professional Project Management standards and methodologies.

The Chapter holds monthly dinner meetings, regular educational sessions and has an informative website for Chapter members to interact and access the most up-to-date information, processes and tools related to Project Management.

In addition to the individual elements of each level of sponsorship, all sponsors are welcome to post job opportunities on the Chapter website at no charge and will receive formal recognition at all sponsored events.

The following sponsorship and advertising opportunities are available:

Gold Sponsor - $8,000 - Maximum of one sponsor per year

9 complimentary seats at Dinner Meetings (any combination)
1 complimentary seat at Annual General Meeting
1 dinner sponsorship and 1 event sponsorship
1 survey presentation to members at sponsored dinner meeting
Company logo projected on screen at all Chapter events during "non-presentation time"
Logo & link on Chapter website - right side, front page & top level of all other menus
Logo, link & 50 words of advertising on Chapter website Sponsorship page
Link in President Messages on Chapter website (up to 3 per year)

Silver Sponsor - $3,000 - Maximum of four sponsors per year

4 complimentary seats at Dinner Meetings (any combination)

Dinner Meeting Sponsor - $1,000 - Maximum of one sponsor per dinner meeting

2 complimentary seats at sponsored Dinner Meeting

10 minute presentation to attendees of dinner meeting (before start of main presentation)
With provision of door prize, access to business cards of meeting attendees

Event Sponsor - $500 - Maximum of one sponsor per event

Website Advertising

The Sponsors page on the Chapter website is an excellent vehicle to display a company's logo, web-site link & up to twenty-five words of advertising. The following advertising packages are available:

$500 - Three months
$1000 - Six months
$1500 - Twelve months

E-mail Advertising

Sponsors have the opportunity to send a 25 word message, with link, to the Chapter membership by way of a "trailer message" that will appear in one of the regular e-mail communications to the members. The cost for this service is $250 per trailer message sent.

Other Sponsorship Opportunities

Golf Tournament

The Chapter holds an annual golf tournament that is an excellent opportunity to introduce a company and its offerings to the event attendees. Sponsorship of the tournament helps to reduce the cost of the event to participants and enables the Chapter to provide trophies and prizes.

Sponsoring a hole - $100 per hole - Maximum of six holes per sponsor

Selection of specific hole(s) you wish to sponsor (subject to availability).
The sponsor's name will be displayed at the hole.
